Sentinel Systems by MPBA is a Web Interaction and Reporting suite which provides windows look and feel to a native iSeries database.

The Sentinel System comprises the following core Modules:

Management KPI Systems Enquiry Archiving Manufacturing

MANAGEMENT KPI

Provides a range of tailored indicators and measures which are set to rotate through a given series to provide live updates on performance. These are normally set to display on key TV sets through the organisation.

Sentinel MANAGEMENT KPI

SYSTEMS ENQUIRIES

These are easy to use data extracts for pulling key sets of data. This is a GRN enquiry leading to a detailed view.

ARCHIVING

Both of the above systems can link seamlessly into the Archiving system where the .pdf versions of the relevant documents can be found. These are placed there automatically from the spool file during the print process (or email process) and we also support a temporary archive for individual users to keep working documents.

The Archive system is searchable by keyword and other attributes.

MANUFACTURING

Manufacturing is supported in Sentinel by dynamic work to lists, scheduling processes and warehouse pick and move systems. These are displayed in the workcentre and warehouse to ensure the plan is followed.
